National Police Week is this week, and the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office is honored to recognize the brave men and women in law enforcement who work tirelessly to protect and serve our communities.

Every day, the members of the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office answer the call with dedication, professionalism, and courage. From deputies and detention officers to telecommunicators and support staff, each plays an important role in serving the citizens of Iredell County.

This week also serves as a time to remember and honor the officers across our nation who gave their lives in the line of duty and the loved ones who continue to carry their memory.
