Though call types are often the same, the nature of the emergency and the people are often different. Many barriers can come into play. Training helps you with repetitive persistence and consistency when dealing with high-stress situations and emergencies.”
Director Lynch added, “A national certification of this magnitude demonstrates our center’s commitment to our citizens, responders, and each other as we navigate from one emergency call to another.” Madison County 911’s mission is clear: to get the right responder to the right location at the right time. Moreover, this certification strengthens that mission, ensuring the agency has the training and readiness necessary to meet each emergency with skill and precision.
