PURPOSE: Pursuant to florida statute §286.011(8), for the county attorney to conduct a meeting with the board of county commissioners:
1. seeking advice concerning AMELIA RETREAT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION. INC. V. NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FOURTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA, CASE NO. 2025-CA-341; and
2. the attendees will be:
