Park County shooting range closed May 4-8, 2026, for annual maintenance
PARK COUNTY, Colo. — The Park County shooting range will be closed for annual maintenance from May 4-8, 2026. Colorado Parks and Wildlife staff will be replacing targets, installing backers, cleaning up target posts and other general maintenance. The range will reopen to the public on Saturday, May 9.
The outdoor shooting range, located at 22535 County Road 15, Como, CO, 80432, is managed by CPW, but staff rely on the public to clean and maintain the property after use. It is open seven days a week from sunrise to an hour before sunset, at a fee of $10 per user.
