CalHR released a Request for Proposal (RFP), 22-200-01, on December 5, 2022, to obtain proposals for consultants for a statewide L&D strategy, being the first step in creating a modern, integrated approach to developing state employees and establishing a culture of ongoing learning in state government.
CalHR intends that the Agreement(s) resulting from this RFP will be effective January 27, 2023 and will run for a 5 month period with the option to extend the Agreement(s) for up to one (1) additional one-year period.
The deadline for response to this RFP is January 4, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. (PT).
