Pål Jonson to visit United Arab Emirates

On 2–3 June, Minister for Defence Pål Jonson will travel to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for bilateral meetings.

In Abu Dhabi, Mr Jonson will meet with government representatives to discuss the security situation in the Middle East and in Europe. They will also discuss the United Arab Emirates’ experiences operating the GlobalEye surveillance and command and control aircraft, which Sweden has also ordered and will receive delivery of in a few years. Mr Jonson will also meet with representatives of the United Arab Emirates Air Force.
