SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: 

 

On 6/28/2024, at approximately 1530 hours, while stationary in a U-turn on Interstate 91 monitoring north bound traffic; I heard a motorcycle accelerating. I observed a sport style motorcycle traveling north on Interstate 91 in the passing lane. Using LIDAR I a speed of 99mph was obtained on the target vehicle. The speed limit on Interstate 91 is posted 65MPH. A motor vehicle stop was conducted with the motorcycle and the operator was identified as Robert Brosseau of Barton. During the stop, it was learned Brosseau's privilege to operator a motor vehicle in the State of Vermont is also criminally suspended. Brosseau was issued a citation to appear on 8/27/24 in Orleans Superior Court.
