MPD Arrests Man for 2023 Georgetown Robberies
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second District announce the arrest of a man for two robberies in Northwest D.C.
On December 16, 2023, at approximately 4:27 p.m. a suspect entered a business in the 3400 block of M Street NW, implied he had a weapon and demanded money from a register. The victim complied and the suspect fled the business. CCN: 23204252
Minutes later at approximately 4:33 p.m., the victim reported she was walking in the 1800 block of Wisconsin Avenue NW when a suspect snatched her purse. The suspect fled the scene with a second suspect in a vehicle. CCN: 23204251
On March 29, 2024, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 54-year-old Christopher Minor, of Northeast, DC, was arrested charged with Robbery in connection to these offenses.
