RFP – Weatherization Assistance Program Training and Technical Support
The Washington Department of Commerce hereafter is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals from those qualified and interested in supporting Washington’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) through the delivery of training and technical assistance services. Thus, meeting the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Health and Human Services (HHS) requirements for training and technical assistance. The scope of work for this project will meet and exceed the minimum standards for Quality Work Plan (QWP) requirements by DOE.
