Prop. 22 case scheduled for tomorrow’s conference
The Supreme Court is scheduled to decide tomorrow whether it will review a Court of Appeal opinion upholding most of Proposition 22. The initiative, passed in 2020 and heavily financed by Uber and Lyft, classifies app-based drivers as independent contractors instead of employees.
