SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/19/2023, at approximately 1320 hours, it was reported to the Vermont State Police that Timothy Phillips was violating his active court ordered conditions of release. A trooper responded to Phillips’ residence. Subsequent investigation found Phillips to be violating his active court ordered conditions of release. Phillips was taken into custody and transported to the Derby Barracks where he was later released with a citation.
