SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On June 19, 2023 at approximately 1119 hours, Vermont State Police were notified of a male that drove his vehicle onto a lawn and then got out of the vehicle. The caller advised dispatch the male was exhibiting strange behavior by putting deodorant on the back of his head and doing Parkour (jumping on objects) in the front and back yard to include a construction roller.

 

Troopers arrived on scene and identified the male as Vachereau.  While speaking with Vachereau, Troopers detected several indicators of impairment.  Further investigation indicated Vachereau had operated a motor vehicle to the location and was operating with a Criminally Suspended License.  Vachereau was subsequently arrested without incident and transported to the Williston Barracks for processing.  Vachereau was issued a citation to appear at the Chittenden County Superior Court on August 15, 2023 at 0815 hours for the above mentioned charges.
