SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On the above date and time, the Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on US Route 2 in Middlesex, VT. On arrival, Troopers found a Toyota Rav4 off the roadway and partially blocking the railroad tracks. The operator was identified as Jillian Pierce, 28 of Middlesex, VT. Further investigation determined Pierce was under the influence of intoxicants at the time of operation. Pierce was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and processed at the Berlin Barracks. She was later released with a citation to appear in Washington Superior Court Criminal Division for DUI.
