AN ACT
Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, in public indecency, further providing
for the offense of prostitution and related offenses and for
the offense of obscene and other sexual materials and
performances.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The definition of "sexual activity" in section
5902(f) of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is
amended to read:
§ 5902. Prostitution and related offenses.

(f) Definitions.--As used in this section the following
words and phrases shall have the meanings given to them in this
subsection:

"Sexual activity." Includes [homosexual and other] sexual
intercourse and deviate sexual relations.
Section 2. Section 5903(e)(3) of Title 18 is amended to
