SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 07/02/2020, at approximately 1147 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police - Rutland Barracks were notified of a suspicious complaint on Plains Road in Pittsford.
Through investigation it was determined Robert Brown threatened Justin Grassano via electronic communications. Brown was issued a citation to appear before the Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division on September 28th, 2020 at 10:00am.
