Washington State Park hosts Halloween Hootenanny Oct. 27
JEFFERSON CITY, MO, OCT. 16, 2018 – Washington State Park will host the first ever Halloween Hootenanny Saturday, Oct. 27, starting at 4:30 p.m. in the campground. This event is put on by the Friends of Washington State Park, a group that seeks to support the park staff and park mission. All donations will benefit the Friends of Washington State Park.
A chili and hotdog fundraiser will be served until 6:30 p.m. at the campground host site (Site #1). Trick-or-treating for kids will take place among the campsites from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Washington State Park is located 10 miles south of De Soto on State Highway 21. For more information about the event, call the park office at 636-586-5768.
