Neff was born and raised in Illinois and pursued an education in teaching at the Northern Illinois University. He decided to move west to California for its weather and opportunities. He enjoys staying active with mountaineering and hiking as well as being an avid reader. This helps keep Jamie sharp and fit for the rigorous and important role he fills as a warehouse technician.
