In her role as Client Success Manager, Laura Lohnes will have direct oversite and management of client satisfaction, growth and retention across all business lines including our continued proactive outreach modeled by our Client Service Ninja Team. Lohnes will be reporting to Info Cubic’s Director of Operations, Val Butler.

Lohnes joined Info Cubic in 2016 and has 14 years of experience in the background and drug screening industry, working with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients. Laura has been managing Info Cubic’s product and marketing development for the last 16 months and is eager to partner with our Client Service Ninja Team to take the client experience to the next level.
