The campus will combine living and working across 7,500 square metres. In the same building complex as a supermarket and fitness studio, rent24 will be opening coworking spaces as well as micro apartments for coliving. A food market on the ground floor will offer modern, healthy and international food.

The disused factory building is being completely renovated.
