Special Guest Bo Barrett to Toast with a glass of Chateau Montelena Chardonnay in honor of the 40th Judgment of Paris Anniversary

CALISTOGA, CA, UNITED STATES, June 20, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Calistoga Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the third annual Calistoga Harvest Table® event will take place on Sunday, Sept. 11. In celebration of a bountiful harvest season, 14 local restaurants and 44 wineries will welcome visitors and locals to a 1,000-foot-long table in the center of the city’s picturesque downtown. Calistoga area wines will be available for purchase by glass or bottle, beginning at 4:30pm. Dinner will be served at 6pm, beginning with a toast led by famed Chateau Montelena winemaker Bo Barrett in celebration of the Judgment of Paris 40th anniversary. Tickets to the third annual Calistoga Harvest Table® event are limited and will go on sale July 18; prices range between $65 and $150 per person, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the best cuisine Calistoga has to offer.

This year’s list of participating restaurants includes some of Calistoga’s newest restaurants, such as the revival of Johnny’s Restaurant & Bar, and the return of Evangeline, Brannan’s Grill, and the talents of the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, among others. Attendees will enjoy a wide variety of incredible culinary offerings, from enticing Italian and innovative American fusion to delectable seafood and much more. During the event, guests will also be able to purchase select wines from over 40 wineries. Participating restaurants will provide pairing suggestions, helping attendees choose beverages to best complement the flavors of each menu. Winemakers – primarily from small-production Calistoga AVA wineries – will also be on-site to ensure the ultimate wine country experience as they share fascinating information about the area’s vineyards.
