• They are also piloting a tag renewal kiosk in Hoover along with a queuing system that let's you sit and wait for an agent to be ready instead of waiting in line

Also, Scott explains how your car value is set for your tag renewal. Hint: It's set by the state, not the County. But, you can appeal the value through the Board of Equalization.
