DESCRIPTION:  THE APPLICANT REQUESTED A PORTION OF TAX PARCEL 18600015 TO BE ZONED C-LD (COMMERCIAL LOW DENSITY).  THE ZONING AREA ENCOMPASSES APPROX. 4.86 ACRES.

PROPOSED LAND USE PLAN AMENDMENT (LUM-943) FOR REZONING CASE Z-943: 

Request to amend the Official Brunswick County CAMA Land Use Plan Map from MDR (Medium Density Residential) to MDR-M (Medium Density Residential-Mixed Use) for a portion 

of Tax Parcel 18600015 located at 2699 Southport-Supply Road SE (NC 211) near Southport, NC.  This Land Use Plan Amendment totals approximately 4.86 acres.
