At 11:30 AM, Troopers arrested Kurt Cesar, age 23, of 11 Morning Star Row, Providence, Rhode Island, for Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of Troopers assisting the Capitol Police with a disturbance at the Kent County Courthouse in the City of Warwick. The subject was held at Third District Court pending afternoon arraignment.

At 11:30 AM, Troopers arrested Elias Espinosa, age 22, of 90 Armington Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Assault on a Police Officer and Other Officials, 2.) Simple Assault and/or Battery, and 3) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of Troopers assisting the Capitol Police with a disturbance at the Kent County Courthouse in the City of Warwick. The subject was held at Third District Court pending afternoon arraignment.

At 11:51 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph Gomez, age 23, of 41 Tome Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment, on the original charge of Driving with Expired License originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. Gomez was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division Court date.
