On November 17, 2025, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Julian Fabian Martinez, age 35, of 60 Thurston Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Providence Police Department for Felony Assault. Mr. Martinez was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Providence Police Department on scene.
