Buncombe County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to conduct a Measure and Relist Project in preparation for the 2029 Countywide Reappraisal. The purpose of this project is to ensure that all real property parcel data, residential and commercial, is current, accurate, and complete for equitable ad valorem taxation. The selected vendor will provide field data collection, verification, and data integration services for improved real property parcels in Buncombe County. Deliverables will include updated parcel characteristics, building sketches, digital photos, and verified measurements ready for import into the County’s Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) and GIS systems.
