Incident Reported in Williams County

BISMARCK, ND – Select Water Solutions, LLC notified the North Dakota Oil and Gas Division of a produced water spill at the Stateline SWD #1 site. The incident occurred on May 2, approximately 15 miles west of Williston, ND.

Select Water Solutions, LLC reported that 400 barrels of produced water were released onto location. As of May 4, 2026, 400 barrels have been recovered.

A North Dakota Oil and Gas inspector has been to the location and will monitor any additional cleanup required.
