Clear Creek County's Department of Human Services is being recognized for its outstanding commitment to public service, earning the prestigious C-Stat Distinguished Performance Award from the Colorado Department of Human Services. This honor is reserved for counties that demonstrate exceptional consistency and dedication to their residents, specifically by meeting rigorous performance goals at least 80% of the time throughout the calendar year. For 2025, Clear Creek County DHS exceeded this high bar by achieving an impressive 80.5% success rate across a variety of critical service measures.

The C-Stat system monitors 17 distinct performance metrics designed to enhance the economic security, safety, and overall wellbeing of Coloradans. By maintaining such a high level of excellence, the Clear Creek County DHS has proven its ability to deliver timely and effective support to the community. This award serves as a testament to the hard work of DHS staff and their unwavering focus on providing the highest quality of service to every resident they serve.
