Drop in & chat about Lawrence Affordable Housing Study

The City of Lawrence is partnering with Development Strategies on an Affordable Housing Study to better understand our community’s housing needs, how COVID-19 has reshaped our local housing market, and what strategies will ensure safe, accessible, and affordable homes over the next decade. This study will help provide actionable strategies to improve housing equality over the next decade.

We want to hear from the people who know Lawrence best: our community. Your voice will help us understand what’s really happening with housing and shape solutions that make Lawrence a better place for everyone

The Development Strategies team will be in Lawrence December 9 to 11 and will be hosting roundtable discussions during their visit. They would love to talk with you about your experiences, concerns, and hopes for the future related to housing in our community.

If you’d like to participate in a conversation about housing in Lawrence, please stop by during any of the windows listed below and no RSVP is required. Conversations will last about one hour, with a brief project overview shared at the top of the hour:
