Prime Minister receives Ukrainian President Zelenskyy

Today, 22 October, Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson is receiving Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for a meeting in Sweden. Following their meeting, Mr Kristersson and President Zelenskyy will hold a joint press conference to make an announcement in the area of defence exports.

During their meeting, the leaders are expected to discuss Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine and bilateral defence cooperation between Sweden and Ukraine. 

Minister for Energy, Business and Industry Ebba Busch, Minister for Foreign Affairs Maria Malmer Stenergard, Minister for Defence Pål Jonson and Minister for Education and Integration Simona Mohamsson will also be in attendance.
