Maryland State Police Seeking Public’s Assistance In Identifying Man In Carroll County

(WESTMINSTER, MD) – Maryland State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in helping to identify a man found in Eldersburg earlier this week in Carroll County.

The unknown individual is described as an African American male, weighing approximately 140 pounds, and five feet, six inches tall. He was last seen in the Eldersburg area, possibly near the Jiffy Lube. He was admitted to a local hospital for treatment on Sunday, October 5 around 1:50 p.m. He is unable to remember his identity.
