Government Responds to Information Services Corporation Strategic Review, Will Protect Saskatchewan Interests and Jobs

As the largest shareholder of Information Services Corporation (ISC), the Government of Saskatchewan supports the corporation's Strategic Review, and reaffirms its commitment to meeting the priorities of Saskatchewan people.
ISC has been a Saskatchewan success story since its inception. The Master Services Agreement (MSA) has been in place since 2013 and was extended for a 30-year term in 2023. Under its terms, ISC continues to be the exclusive manager and operator of the Saskatchewan Land Registry, the Saskatchewan Personal Property Registry, Land Surveys Directory and the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry.
The Crown Investments Corporation will continue to act on behalf of Saskatchewan people who own the Golden Share. The Golden Share secures ISC's head office location and jobs within the province, ensuring that the people of Saskatchewan achieve the best result possible that may arise from the Strategic Review.
The interest of Saskatchewan residents, the efficient delivery of the services, local jobs and opportunities for investment in the province will remain paramount considerations for the Government of Saskatchewan when evaluating the results of a Strategic Review.
