SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 9/21/24 at approximately 1540 hours Jerome Clement reported that his former partner, Stacy Beckett took his vehicle without his consent. A Be On the Lookout was issued for the local area. With the assistance of Hartford PD, Beckett was located in the McDonald’s parking lot in Hartford. Beckett was issued a criminal citation for Operating without Owner’s Consent for this incident. Hartford PD cited Beckett for multiple charges for a different incident.
