The City of Lawrence is pleased to announce several updates to our roll-off container rental program, designed to better serve our community with a streamlined process and enhanced customer satisfaction. These changes are in direct response to valuable feedback from residents and are designed to provide a more transparent and user-friendly experience.

Starting immediately, the roll-off container rental program will feature the following updates:

• Streamlined Rental Process: We have simplified the rental process to make it easier and faster for residents to obtain a roll-off container. Our updated online platform allows for quick reservations and provides all the necessary information in one convenient location.
• No “Surprise” Charges: To prevent any unexpected billing fees, charges for roll-off container rentals will now be prepaid. This change ensures that customers are fully aware of the costs associated with their rental at the time of booking, eliminating any surprises.
• Clear Pricing Information: We have updated our pricing information to make it more accessible and transparent. Residents can now view detailed pricing, including any additional fees, on our website.
• Updated Material Guidelines: Our website now includes comprehensive guidelines on accepted and prohibited materials. This ensures that residents can easily determine what can and cannot be disposed of in the roll-off containers, promoting proper waste management practices.
