TickITplus certification ensures the quality of software

Launched in 2011, the TickITplus certification scheme is designed to ensure that an organisation's software and associated services are developed using a process-driven approach that consistently meets and exceeds the requirements of its customers. The key to sustainable quality is continued process improvement (CPI). In this regard, TickITplus introduces capability assessment methodology together with the accommodation of other related international standards which include ISO9001, ISO20000 and ISO27001.
The first step towards becoming TickITplus certificated is to qualify at the Foundation Level on the scheme. One of the most comprehensive TickITplus Foundation Training courses is offered by IT Governance Ltd, an accredited training organisation. This 2-day TickITplus Foundation Training course is strongly recommended for all entrants to the scheme, and is intended to prepare delegates for taking the TickITplus Foundation Examination (www.itgovernance.co.uk/products/3334).
The TickITplus Foundation Training course provides delegates with an understanding of the TickITplus concepts and materials, as well as an overview of the scheme and its operation, covering all basic concepts. Delegates will understand the role of the Base Processes Library (BPL) and will be able to ensure that the quality of their software meets the expectation of their customers.
