SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 3/29/2024 at approximately 1706 hours, Troopers from the New Haven Barracks were notified of a reported threatening. Investigation revealed James W. Jannene (72) of Cornwall, VT, had threatened a domestic partner with a deadly weapon. Jannene was arrested and taken to the New Haven Barracks for processing. Jannene was later released on conditions with a citation to appear before the Vermont Superior Court – Addison Criminal Division at a later date.
