SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 3/4/24, at approximately 1102 hours, the State Police received a report of a trespassing complaint on New St. in the town of Albany. While investigating the incident, Troopers found a Charles Baker to be in violation of the regulations of the Sex Offender Registry. Baker was issued a criminal citation.
