TCEQ approves fines totaling $207,958
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality today approved penalties totaling $191,118 against 12 regulated entities for violations of state environmental regulations.
Agreed orders were issued for the following enforcement categories: one multi-media, three municipal wastewater discharges, three petroleum storage tanks, and three public water systems.
Default orders were issued for the following enforcement categories: one municipal solid waste and one petroleum storage tank.
In addition, on March 26, the executive director approved penalties totaling $16,840 against nine entities.
