Hydrogen and Renewable Fuels 2023 Legislative Report
In SB 5910, the Department of Commerce’s Office of Hydrogen and Renewable Fuels was directed to conduct a study to assess opportunities for and barriers to deployment of renewable fuels and green hydrogen and provide policy recommendations. The final report will be delivered to the Legislature by December 1st, 2023.
