TCEQ approves fines totaling $168,590
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality today approved penalties totaling $168,590 against 8 regulated entities for violations of state environmental regulations.
Agreed orders were issued for the following enforcement categories: one air quality, two municipal wastewater discharge, two petroleum storage tank, and one waste disposal well.
Default orders were issued for the following enforcement categories: one petroleum storage tank and one public water system.
There were no orders signed by the executive director.
