CA Supreme Court Won’t Hear Case of 2 Convicted in Killing Outside Bank
The California Supreme Court has refused to review the case of two men convicted in connection with a man’s killing outside a Paramount bank after investigators used a “geofence” warrant to link cellphones signed in to Google accounts to determine the devices were in several of the same locations as the victim prior to the shooting.
