On the above date and time, State Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to a report of a single vehicle crash on Old Stagecoach Rd in Danville, VT. While speaking with Farley indicators of impairment were detected. Farley was subsequently taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing. Farley was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court - Criminal Division on a later date and time.
