News Release - Highway / Traffic Notification
US Route 7, locally known as Saint Albans Road, in Swanton is being reduced to a single lane between Swanton Village and the St. Albans line, in the area known as ‘Fonda Junction’. This lane closure is due a vehicle crash. The Swanton Village Police are investigating and emergency vehicles are on scene are working to clear the roadway as quickly and safely as possible.
Updates will be provided as details are available.
Motorists should expect delays in the area or seek alternate routes. Please drive carefully
