SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 03/16/2023, the Vermont State Police Royalton Barracks received a call from the Randolph Union High School advising the school bus video footage captured two minors exchanging Marijuana on their way home. Further investigation revealed Joshua Sherman (age 43) out of Chelsea supplied the marijuana to one minor and asked the individual to sell it on their behalf. Sherman was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court Orange Criminal Division on 05/03/2023 at 0830 hours to answer to the charge.
