SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/07/23 at 1312 hours, the Vermont State Police were dispatched to 304 Avenue A, Saint Johnsbury for a report of an assault. Investigation showed Santiago to have used physical violence on a household member. Santiago was subsequently taken into custody and processed at the Saint Johnsbury State Police barracks and released with a citation.
