The aim is not to look back, but to look forward, and try to find space and opportunities.

VideoProc Converter is multifunctional video software developed by Digiarty and released in October 2018. For the software, 2022 is a year of advancement and consolidation. It has made some useful updates for new and existing customers. The followings are some examples:

March:
VideoProc Converter V4.7 was released.
This version provided more 4K output options to better serve different 4K exporting needs. Users can choose 4K MP4, 4K HEVC, 4K MOV, 4K MKV, 4K ProRes, or 4K WebM in this 4K video converter for playing any UHD 4K or DCI 4K videos on different devices or sharing on different platforms without compatibility problem.

April:
VideoProc Converter reduced CPU usage to 2% on average.
The development team of VideoProc improved the hardware acceleration docking technology. It reduced the average CPU usage of video decoding, encoding, and processing to 2% only. It widened the access for the users of low-end or old computers to convert, compress, process, download, and record videos, audio, or DVDs.

June:
VideoProc Converter V4.8 was released.
V4.8 focused on the enhancement of compression technology, making video shrinking one of the highlights for VideoProc in 2022. It added the Max Quality Compression Engine, which makes it easy to reduce the video file size by 90% while keeping satisfactory image quality. Even the big 4K or high bitrate videos recorded by your GoPro, DJI, camcorders, CCTVs, car DVRs, and mobile phones can be compressed with a good result.

September:

This version was a big leap. It added support for the 5.3K resolution of GoPro HERO11 Balck, the New Apple iPhone 14 series, macOS Ventura, GoPro HERO11, Sony PS5, and more Xbox models.
