Route 837 Utility Work Begins Friday in Allegheny County

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing utility work on Route 837 in the City of Duquesne, and Dravosburg and West Mifflin boroughs, Allegheny County will begin Friday, October 14 weather permitting.

Lane and shoulder restrictions will occur as needed on Route 837 between Grant Avenue and New England Road from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily through mid-November as crews from Ervin Cable Construction conduct fiber optic cable installation. Flaggers will assist motorists through the work zone as needed.
