SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the morning of 10-07-22, Troopers from the Shaftsbury barracks received a report of multiple domestic assaults that occurred from August 2022 to September 2022 in multiple locations in Bennington County. Investigation revealed Allard (21) assaulted a family member on different occasions. Allard was arrested on 10/13/2022 and was issued conditions of release, Allard is scheduled to appear in Bennington Superior Court – Criminal Division on 10-14-2022 at 1230 hours to answer to the charges of Second Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault.
