PENNSYLVANIA, September 21 - An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in open campus initiatives, further providing for legislative intent, for definitions, for open campus initiatives, for cooperative agreements, for reimbursements by the Commonwealth and for parental and public information.
