In this issue of the Pacific Sustainable Tourism Newsbeat, we are excited to spotlight Beautiful Samoa! The month of June has been eventful for the country with the launch of its 60th Independence Anniversary celebrations – a milestone as the first Pacific island nation to gain independence. Congratulations Samoa!
Featured in this issue is the Beautiful is Back campaign. Further, we highlight key initiatives undertaken by the Samoa Tourism Authority (STA) with the accommodation and agriculture sector, energy initiatives and border reopening preparations. Learn more about the Aiga Folau and its contribution to the revival and promotion of traditional voyaging, which is essential for both the country and visitors.
