Lenny Kravitz: The Formative Years is an official limited edition book by one of music's biggest forces. Featuring a candid commentary from Kravitz, the book introduces a previously unpublished collection of photographs charting his rise to fame. In the following clip, Lenny reveals how he met photographer David Hindley, discusses their work together from 1989 to 1993, and the friendship they have shared ever since.
